SHIPPING

We currently ship only in the United States. Orders will ship within 14 days of purchase. You will be sent a notification via email when your package ships and will be provided a tracking number. Postage prices are calculated at checkout and vary based on the amount of items purchased, the chosen rate and the destination. Buyers have the choice between First Class or Priority Mail at checkout. All pieces are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 5-9 business days with First Class and 4-6 days with Priority Shipping. Natalie Lynn Jewelry is NOT responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry and your buying experience! If you have any concerns about the craftsmanship of your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We evaluate each situation on a case by case basis and will determine how to proceed. The buyer is responsible for return and/or exchange shipping costs. Returns and/or exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery and be in their original condition and packaging.
